I travelled to Europe from Oz but didn’t recon them, I just put them in my checked luggage & they went through. Just take as powder form & put in checked luggage. Leave/throw whatever you don’t finish.

I just few all around Europe with them.. 5 x pre-made pens, in a thermal drink bottle with ice packs and in my checked luggage.. I had no issues at all.. you just need to make sure you have a drink bottle with a really good ice retention rating
