Sometimes this energy moves into the relationship and the husband will do this for validation from his wife. Often, not feeling "good enough" unless they are "successful." My wife did this, said money didn't matter, but the affection and kindness followed "success", specifically when she was able to vaca, or buy a new purse. Money makes life easier. Comparing, makes successful money feel like a required part just to be at a break-even, like your doing your job you were hired to do, now you can be "good enough" as you are meeting the minimum requiring. Expressing love and kindness is now accepting.

I got both. I know I got more love than shame. Dad was in the Marines so I kinda got both. I seen how hard he worked I took my vacation instant the money Dad died in snow storm of 1979 massive heart attack I tried but couldn’t save him. He worked his ass off for 5 kids to go thru Catholic school I was 22-23 he was early 40s Life is good I really enjoy your content. Thank You Lauren 🇺🇸😍✌️
