What fascinates me about this platform is the number of people who constantly focus on women. They rarely talk about educating children, improving healthcare, helping people struggling financially, supporting families, or addressing the real challenges facing our communities. Instead, the conversation always seems to come back to women—what women should wear, what women should do, and how women should behave. What I find especially disappointing is that many of the men preaching Islam on these platforms rarely speak about the responsibilities of men. They seldom remind men of their duties as fathers, husbands, sons, or members of society. Yet, for some, the biggest issue facing Muslims appears to be a piece of fabric they call the headscarf. To me, that's very sad. Our communities face far greater challenges that deserve our attention, compassion, and action.
