Same thing happened to me a few months back 🥲 she told me it was out of her expertise and she didn’t feel confident working with hair my length. She referred me to someone else tho that could do it

To be fair you should probably be upfront about your hair 😭 that looks like a lot and the way salons usually work on hair that will take much longer than the normal appointment length
