As a mechanic, this is referred to as “packing your tank”. This will cause liquid fuel to enter your EVAP system that is only designed for fuel vapor. It will cause all kinds of problems.

None of that is truly effective. Keep your foot off the gas so much, anticipate slowing down (on my second set of discs/pads after 13 yrs ownership ; tyres last 5-6 years) ; you'll immediately start saving $$$. It's your money, use it wisely.

This is a full fuel tank it doesn't matter if you pump fast or slow result will be depending on how you drive & vehicle condition is. the babbles in the gas will evaporate

You are right. There are vapor return systems in the pumps. When you have it full blast it’s creating lots of vapors which are being returned into the pump, and not your tank. When you fill very slowly it’s more of a smooth laminar flow and not as much vapors, so more gas for the $$ is going into your cars tank instead of back into the gas pump.
