I completely agree with you. They also had hollow bones, which is why scientists think they were great “swimmers”. What else has hollow bones? Birds, the answer is birds… the ones that fly.

okay I know this is a joke but there's a lot of dumbassery in the comments so here's an explanation, by a paleontologist: because the bones on its shoulders and ribcage do not suggest it had the enormous chest muscles needed to fly and because since it does not have overgrown digits like a bat it would need feathers to form a bird wing and the bones on its forearm don't have quill knobs.

Fun fact! There has never been a full or complete t-Rex skeleton found. Only fragments here and there but you know what doesn’t fossilize well? Hallow bones. And you know which other animals have hallow bones? Birds..
