Well I don’t know about supernatural things, but I DO know about something that happened to me that was scary AF. I used to take Ambien, and one night (my wife is the one who told me this occurred), I got out of bed, got dressed, drove myself to a convenience store (apparently based on charges on my bank account), purchased a sandwich and cold drink, and came home and ate it and went back to bed. I woke up the next day with pieces of food in my mouth and complained about this to my wife who told me how I’d gotten up and told her I was going to the store to get something eat. I thought she was kidding!!! I have no memory to this day of this occurrence and stopped taking those sleeping pills immediately! Even now as I type this, I’m thinking how could I have done this when I wasn’t conscious??? Still scary to think about. Be safe with taking certain “sleeping“ pills. You might regret it deeply! Now I stick with melatonin only for sleep aid. 1.5mg fast dissolve type (I break a 3mg in half).
