If a man has his hands in his pockets and that scared the cop so much he shot him like that. He shouldn't be a cop. Cops are trigger happy, I hope the cop gets sued and goes to prison.

That cop needs to be fired on the spot for I r over abuse of power for doing nothing. He needs to pay for all medical expenses and lawsuit filed. Then take him to jail and let him sit in general population for 40 to 50 years with no plea deal and serves the full time. Hes a disgusting
