@pbryao: Started running 2 months ago and cycling 3 months ago. I came across this ad by @swimbikerunph for their Duaman Duathlon and thought, why not? It took a few weeks of contemplating before I finally decided to sign up cause I’ve only just started doing both disciplines at that point, but the mind was looking for something to work towards, so I caved!! Sharing my experience through these slides, but I’m extremely proud to be able to finish the race despite the mistakes I made on the course. I will be back better next year! P.S. It was really challenging, but extremely enjoyable :) Also another note, as someone with a blown knee (Torn ACL, meniscus), this has given me new meaning 😂 #duamanduathlon #duaman #duathlete #beginner #athlete
