Thank you! I narrowly avoided an emergency ostomy almost 10 years ago. I needed a colectomy and am getting by. I worry I will need an ostomy in my future, because I have ongoing issues with my gut. I had a bowel perforation due to diverticulitis. I spent long time in the hospital to avoid an ostomy. I appreciate your content and your positive perspective! I hope you have a long and healthy life! 💕

I have a colostomy and it’s helped me get better and I haven’t been on the hospital as much and I got it because my bowels were so slow and painful
