I love the artwork by realistically the concept doesnt work. Still lives don’t talk, they don’t reason, they act purely based on instinct. Odysseus in the original oral tradition argues and talks and reason with Polyphemos. He negotiates with Circe, the lastregonians have an organizer kingdoms and followed a hierarchy. So while I love the art I don’t think the concept works very well within Homer’s Odyssey
