Why would Alicent keep this a secret from Rhaenyra? It’s not like Rhaenyra is going to hurt Helaena seeing as she was prepared to send Daeron to the wall. Rhaenyra would probably just spike Helaena’s daily drinks to get rid of the baby on the sly.
