Yeah, we started here originally after we moved into our apartment everything seem fine and dandy and then next you know we started to get Beatles and earwigs . I asked them if they could send someone out to spray and they told me “that they have someone come out to spray every single month except they only spray outside not inside.

I had mice AND BATS, pavilion lakes did literally nothing and then didn't have an apartment ready for us after we signed a lease when ours ended

Rent depot is the worst of the worst. I reported them to the better business bureau bc it's about all I could do. They SUCKED. Even made me pay to get out of a lease AT THE END OF THE LEASE lol

Conservationists won’t remove bat pups before they’re a certain age, and only during certain seasons. Indiana bats are federally protected and can’t be moved safely during certain times.

just sent them the $36,000 bill for our rabies vaccines 🤭 shoulda taken care of the bats before accepting new tenants or just sold the house. Talk about landlord negligence & unsafe, UNLIVABLE conditions 🫣
