The contrast between no mercy's fairfield city still being lit up, to dead airs newburg city skyskrapers being complete bombed out black silluottes on the skyline is underrated. it really shows the progression of the apocolypse

ugh the nostalgia this gives. i would sometimes just sit there and listen to the ambience of all the maps. wish i could turn off hoards so i could play and really feel like im in an apocalypse. the distant gun shots and train tack screeches, the buildings swaying and wind going though them , faint cries and moans. there’s so much to listen to genuinely such a goated game

this is actually beautiful, it sounds so peaceful even tho it’s basically the apocalypse but you could def sleep to something like this
