i hate it when the ml is rich and influencial but it's not shown anywhere 🫴😒😒 like they just keep telling us us he's rich 🤣🤣 buy her flowers isn't exactly showing us your influence 😭 or yelling at your workers ... especially assistants/secretaries

Not just the pregnancy trope but when characters have a monologue where they’re like “I wonder how many kids he wants? One, maybe two?” Like I don’t want to hear about pregnancy or children I’m here for the plot and they have nothing to do with it. They’ll ruin it actually.

What I hate if they have 101091 personalities? Like she is shy and sweet but also badass? She’s badass but the second something doesn’t go her way she becomes vulnerable? Like okay have emotions and different directions but you can’t be sweet and shy and then if you have to kill someone be as cold as ice?

Miscommunication should be resolved in two or three chapters at most. it can happen that a miscommunication leads to some distance or conflict, but if you drag it on for 500 pages, you just hate your readers.

1. When they use each other’s first names/nicknames way too much in 1:1 dialogue-no! 2. When the math doesn’t math, the MMC is a 24 year old world famous surgeon.. no! 3. I am hiding a big secret and can’t tell the person I trust more than anyone bc it will destroy us/leaving for their own good with no explanation.. no!
