cnd is really bad and only carried by auto tracking darts and bubble, if they were to nerf them I'd say either give the bubble a longer cd like 20 sec or lower the healing over time, and to nerf the team up I'd say make it breakable like a shield like maybe give it 275 hp so they can't rely on it to stay alive, or yet again raise the cd
