I don't think you're moving your consciousness. you're just becoming aware of a version of yourself in a different reality. if you were to move your consciousness, wouldn't that make your body soulless? or smth, I'm not sure. in my opinion. I think we only have ONE awareness but lots of consciousness scattered throughout different realities. and these consciousness consists of our habits, the way we think, talk and etc. So if we like, shift to a reality. Example: Where I'm smart. I would think, act, and behave like my Dr self because I'm technically just becoming aware of my Dr self but with my memories in this reality intact. so what I'm trying to say is, you're not shifting your consciousness but your awareness. (Guys please don't hate on me, I know I'm bad at explaining and my grammar suck)
