Now I want you to imagine, if men doing think they’re groomed, imagine how many times they’re raped. The times when they’re drunk, they were begged to till they said yes even tho they didn’t want to, when they woke up to it, being too desperate or scared to say no, all these things and deep down they don’t actually want it but they felt like because they’re a woman they can’t say no. Someone said smth like “if men aren’t the most reported/ less likely to recognize their victims then aren’t they biggest victims” and while I don’t agree cause women can’t even go outside at night or wear what they want as adults, it’s just a matter of prospective. The thing about that too is we don’t know. I thought hardly ANY man was raped but these past few months Ive heard stories from SO many men. I know a guy who was groomed as a child, it’s so common and the fear of being seen as weak, especially as a man (which I don’t agree with, being raped doesn’t mean your weak and being a man doesn’t mean you can’t be weak or that you’re suppose to just get over it cause you’re strong) has kept reports so low. You can see it in these comments blaming him, saying he liked it, downplaying it, but you don’t see this in women’s comments, at least not as much as this. Matter of fact now typing this, there was a kid that was a sophomore that’s 16 dating an 18 year old in college. That’s means I know two people.
