They are part of scam, one of them was in news as well. They maintain question and answer book which is circulated among them only. My friend got hold of that book but it was written in Urdu

I am lebanese and i scored 270. My medical school students don’t apply to USMLE exams because not all of them want to leave the country. So very few people takes the exam in my school.

Everyone has motivation, but not every American grad has dedicated 1-2 years to redo UW and board prep. Does a 270 guarantee a stellar physician, even if not cheating? If so, get rid of the traditional med school system in the states and focus on these exams, like these IMGs

I don't think that you're being very common sense about this. I think a lot of people are very motivated for these tests. the USMLE program and the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) are actively looking into reports of anomalous scores coming out of Pakistan. Following the initial crackdown in Nepal, the NBME confirmed that they expanded their investigation into several other countries—specifically naming Pakistan, India, and Jordan—due to a high volume of anonymous tips and suspicious statistical trends.

Yes ✅ poverty, electricity load shedding , poor infrastructure , poor situation of country , poor lifestyle , unpredictable future are all contributing factors. Even i know doctors belonging to poor class family ate only one meal a day but worked hard now in USA

To everyone claiming that students cheated in the USMLE: after the Nepal score invalidation incident, the USMLE program placed an even stronger emphasis on exam security and protecting the integrity of the examination process. It uses sophisticated statistical and psychometric analyses to identify anomalous testing patterns and investigate possible irregularities. The exact methods used to detect misconduct are not publicly disclosed, but it is clear that exam security is taken very seriously. Many people find it difficult to accept that students from interior Sindh are exceptionally talented, dedicated, and hardworking. High scores are not evidence of cheating. Even under today’s stricter security measures and enhanced monitoring, many of these students continue to achieve outstanding results through hard work, discipline, and determination.
