She folded in 2 seconds. 🤣 the fact is cops don’t actually know the law. It’s not completely their fault. We have some of the shortest training time for police officers is roughly 18-21 weeks but with some counties or cities as low at 10 weeks. They are told if someone makes you uncomfortable detain/arrest them. So these auditors do this type of stuff as a check on our public servants. Because if your department keeps arresting or harassing these guys and they file suite, that’s telling the city that the cops are not properly trained and don’t do enough additional training with their officers. Because what I can tell you. Is that about 95% of the time when I was an infantryman in Iraq and Afghanistan I treated the locals better than most cops in America do within their own community. And I had the risk of people wearing S-VESTs and VBIEDs.
