i JUST got mine yesterday, not a whole lot has happened but let me tell you it ITCHES. it didn’t hurt that bad but i’m not gonna say it didn’t hurt either because it did. when i was cleaning it, the piercing budged and it felt like shards of glass were ripping through my nose but besides that, get it

Okay everyone says it stinks but I don’t have that problem. My nose wasn’t runny either and I was semi sick when I got mine. I flipped it the same day and was messing around with it all the time and it healed perfectly fine

DO NOT get it done in the winter or near it. Get it down right as winter ends so it has to time heal bfr it gets cold. Research ur piercer. DO NOT play with it bc those crusties getting in the hole feels like glass shards. The first week is gonna be miserable but after that you can barely feel it. I forgot mines there all the time

The cheese smell or "septum funk" is just a normal healing wound smell! since it's inside your nose it can smell like that due to a runny nose or the healing process in general and you'll smell it more often since it's right there. It'll go away as it heals and you clean it properly^^

be prepared for it to be itchy😭 i haven’t seen anyone else saying this but mine has been sooo itchy (i got it a bit over a week ago) i think just bc the crusties are forming

(from my experience) the initial piercing isn't that bad, even the healing is pretty decent. the only, AND I MEAN ONLY piece of advice I have is to NOT twist it at all while its healing. if the crusties get through the actual piercing channel.... it will feel like glass shards ripping your nose apart... so just avoid that and it should be fine.. JUST DONT TWIST IT WHILE HEALING

make sure to get it with titanium jewelry! And for the first 1-2 weeks don’t clean it with a q-tip just dip your nose in a cup or mist directly with saline. Do NOT sleep on your side for the first week, especially if you move a lot when you sleep. Ive only gotten funky smell from amazon jewelry so make sure you buy good jewelry.

Clean ur septum like every chance u get to avoid crusties sliding into ur wound n shit and if the septum moves slide it back very slowly to avoid the sharp pain

i actuallt never reallt experienced the crust thing while healing so mine was perfect, its now at 10g and stretching doesnt hurt either so i wish u luck

it shouldn’t hurt at all if it’s pierced correctly! it will ache for 2-3 days, clean it regularly, the crusties will make ur eyes water so prepare for that. besides that UR CHILLIN!!
