was off of venlafaxine, lamotrigine, trazodone and quetiapine for almost 2 weeks, i was too aware and anxious when people looked at me when i had to buy food for my cat, the sky was literal static, looking at my arms made them seem skinny and elongated, walls looked like they were breathing, i was so derealized i was convinced that my bathroom is detached from the universe when i was showering, frequent flashbacks, and emotional rollercoasters worse than before even being medicated it was a NIGHTMARE

My history with seroquel is really bad they gave it to me as sleeping pills after i got out of the mental ward. It kept and still gives me vivid hallucinations before sleeping and irregular heartbeats so i keep taking beta blockers with it. The last days haven’t slept cause im waiting for a refill. Along with tegratol and other mood stabilizers
