Mr. Patrick, I’m just trying to understand this correctly. If the car is bought using another person’s driver’s licence (the alternative person), wouldn’t that automatically make that person the legal owner of the car? I’m asking because it seems similar to when someone uses another person’s credit profile to finance a vehicle—the finance agreement is in that person’s name, making them the account holder. Is it the same in this situation, or does it work differently? I’m just asking because I’m not entirely sure.🙏🏾
