I think it also means you’re doing your exercises right but you’re not feeding them to grow.

a lot of y'all are impatient. strength grows faster than visual size, you can lift as heavy as you want but you won't wake up looking like the hulk overnight

Muscle growth gets tough once the initial phase wears off and staying consistent with diet and progress becomes a grind. The obsession and ego in fitness culture can easily become unhealthy, shifting focus away from original goals like overall fitness and longevity.
While it's normal to focus on your appearance as you train, keeping perspective is vital to prevent body dysmorphia. You already look fantastic and obviously fit. If you're strong and healthy, you’re winning give yourself credit for that 🥰

yes genetic now doesn't mean you can't get a big butt. I'm saying sometimes its easier for others to. I have always been bottom dominate and with weightlifting it just made me bigger.

It’s a combination of not getting adequate mechanical tension in the glutes (sometimes lifting too heavy your other leg muscles take over and compensate because you’re glutes are too weak for that load), genetics (huge) and not adequate nutrition

It’s not always about how much you lift, it’s about how you control the weight and actually use your muscles right when you lift.
