There are also Iranian & Indian words & recently even germanic Like The word جوناح، ضنكا، سراب، جوند، ڕزق، كنز from Iranian

Half of these etymologies are wrong and ‘atiq is not even a loanword, look at its semitic cognates. Spanish got camisa from Latin and not Arabic. Almost all of these words come through Aramaic. Qintar is a standard unit of weight.
