when i was in Camden last year, there was a man asking for money for a good cause, knife crime if i remember it good. He seemed so legit so i gave him some money, he even gave us a bracelet. I'm still wondering if it was a scam. Does anyone know this?

It’s so sad that long time shop owners are being priced out of the market, I used to go there all the time growing up and don’t anymore because it just makes me angry what the now owner has done to it. Camden has lost its edge and character. On the rare occasion I do go I speak to shop owners who have been there for a long time and one by one they end up closing down because of the ever increasing rent etc. I really hope your mum continues her business online and other shops, it’s such a shame she’s had to close down.
