Very True. Started at a age of 12 helping my father in sg in little india Gave up in 2000 bec of labour shortage. Now I m in Aus, working as Prata, thosai and naan chef. High pay. work life balance. only 7 hrs business. noon n dinner. Many Asians in Aus. Cost of food is higher. Masala thosai sold at ausd18. Jus sharing.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣I was helping in my family food businness from age 10 till 22. from 5 am right up to 10 pm 17 hrs 30 days. , whereby I took my decision enough is enough and one fine morning just left to find a decent job to live a meaningful life. no looking back. oh....thank god.even now if sit in any food stall to eat the scary feeling haunts me..🥺🥺😩😩

what's funny here is ...with all the difficulties that you mention which by the way is 100% true...but our makkals are still expecting Indian food to be cheap...all the curries to plain water ..all must be free ...oh ya...must be refillable....The real issue is our makkals mentality..
