He represents many of us who tither on the fence. “Lukewarm” the answer could be right in our face and yet we chose to hold onto worldly possessions

Nicodemus also helped a merchant man named Joseph who was granted Jesus’s body! He helped clean up the body and anoint it with oil and wrap it in fine linen and laying it the sepulcher! Amen!

nicodemus had a heart and fruit of the spirit. it made me so sad he let judgement stand in the way of following Jesus. also love that the show used mary a lot in it, she’s representation of mental illness suffering and i’ve never felt so seen and heard through her story. i never knew mental health was the devil playing in my head until i watched the show and learned more about her outside of it too.

Nicodemus believed but he couldn’t abandoned responsibility, family, apparently the things of the flesh, so my quetion actually is? What happened to nicodemus, his just like many of us today, struggling to follow God while we fear to abandon the people and things we most deeply care about.
