@yohartya: This is my second chance to present a rare case from RSUPP Betun, Malaka, NTT. A pregnant woman (third pregnancy), without risk factor pf placenta accreta including history of SC and placenta previa. She only come because of acute vaginal bleeding, and from USG examination it revealed fundal implantation with anhydramnion. Why is it rare? Because fundal implantation of placenta rarely even never cause placenta accreta, also no history of uterine scar less likely contributed to PAS. Our Obsgyn decided to do hysterectomy (remove all uterine segment) to treat the hemorrhage. The patient was discharged in stable conditiion after hospitalzed in RSUPP Betun Malaka, NTT. @RSU Penyangga Perbatasan Betun #rsupp #betun #malaka #dokter #obgyn
