She was absolutely right it’s good for at least a month past her birth month you get 30 days with no penalties and another thing she is not required to have a drivers license insurance or registration I have no reason to stop anyone unless they are committing a crime against another person

What is absolutely crazy to me is when people that are legally pulled over say “I’m not giving you any info cause I didn’t break the law” That is not how a traffic stop works. You’re required by law to provide the necessary information. Court is for arguing if you broke the law or not, not the roadside! Just give the required info, that we all learned when getting a license or in drivers ed, and the stop would go way smoother 🤷🏼‍♀️

No you don’t need to provide identification unless you committed a crime and there was no crime no violation because under the constitution they have no right to pull you over unless you’ve committed a crime and that is not a crime to have no registration so
