he was bullying a man half his size. he expected to get away with assault completely with zero retaliation as he know that kid didnt have a prayer of defending himself against that monster. the laws on every state differ on this. not sure where this happened and what the rules in that state are . but 2nd degree murder will never stick. never not in any state . maybe manslaughter or assault with a deadly weapon . but never 25 years never murder.
