@roadtoaesthetics: F*CK or SUCK? 🥜 🤔 Peanut Butter Cheesecake Swirl Brownies 👨‍🍳 Ingredients, makes 9 brownies Brownie Layer ✅ Banana, 1 medium (approx. 120g), 4.2oz ✅ Egg, 1 large ✅ Peanut Butter, 1 tbsp (approx. 16g), 0.6oz ✅ Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 scoop (approx. 30g), 1oz ✅ Cocoa Powder, 2 tbsp (approx. 10g), 0.35oz ✅ Baking Powder, ½ tsp ✅ Salt, pinch Cheesecake Layer ✅ Cottage Cheese, 200g, 7oz ✅ Egg, 1 large ✅ Honey, 1 tbsp (approx. 21g), 0.7oz ✅ Vanilla Extract, ½ tsp, 2.5ml Extra ✅ Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp (approx. 32g), 1.1oz 👉 Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with baking paper. 2. Blend all brownie layer ingredients until smooth. 3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. 4. Blend the cottage cheese, egg, honey and vanilla extract until smooth. 5. Pour the cheesecake mixture evenly over the brownie layer. 6. Add dollops of peanut butter over the cheesecake layer and gently swirl with a knife. 7. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the centre is just set. 8.
