Hello mate looking for some advice im still clean for roughly 8 weeks now so pretty proud of myself although its a struggle. I have asked to attend a disciplinary meeting at work due to my attendance i have 16 days off since start of the year, even tho my line manager now knows this is mostly due to my mental health with gambling i still have to go to one of these. I have researched etc and the best thing to do is be completely honest as dismissal is unlikely due to not being on a warning and my mental health. Just didn’t know if you had any advice thank you
