This ‘revelation’ is the whole reason there isn’t a structured system at uni It’s to encourage you to reach this mindset where YOU are in charge of your success. No hate, just saying I believe most people at university discover this mindset pretty early on or else they do fail. Thats kinda the whole point

im like that. I switched unis to one that is extremely hard on attendance etc. We cannot miss any class ever, never 😂 Nothing is free and we cant choose any subjects everything is fixed. Also they value how you dress. Basically similar structure to highschool. Its the best decision i ever made. Highly recommend

This is SOOOO real. I passed this year with like ok grades and I’ve done my things I needed to do (eventually). But knowing I could’ve learnt and done so much more with all the help and knowledge I have at my fingertips, I really regret this year actually. But yeah I’m gonna try better next year🥲

This is very important. I come from a very West Indian, Very Catholic education system and Germany threw me for a loop 🤣😭 this mindset youre talking about, treating it like a job, has REALLY HELPED me. So much so that I'm in track to finish earlier or just having way more time for my thesis writing.
