Crazy thought but if they’re too drunk to be trusted in the concert bc they’re not in control of themselves then how is it they’re in handcuffs instead of going to a hospital for alcohol poisoning/to be evaluated. I’m not saying drunk people can’t be held criminally responsible for things, but this is a crazy double standard and cops are corny as fuck.
