Asking my mom how to braid my own hair and being told “you have sisters for that! They should teach you!” Only to be told by my sisters “I’m not your mother! I won’t teach you everything!” And not learning how to braid my own hair and having anxiety about being a girls mother because I never learned how to do “girl things.”

and the way they always brush off my problems and always minimise it, until I stopped saying what's bothering but at the same time you cant be sad or mad around the house because they will get mad at you for being depressed, oh I'm sorry that I have feeling and my own problems that's for sure aren't valid enough for you mom
