To anyone who says Argentina is a racist country, you should look up our history!. Argentina completely abolished slavery in 1853! And even before that, in 1813, the 'Libertad de Vientres' (Freedom of Wombs) law was passed, meaning any baby born from that year on was born free. Thanks to that, we never had institutional racial segregation. We also have Black national heroes who fought for our country! We all know who they are and how important they are to us. We Argentines are proud of who we are and where we come from.
