Had a kid pull the fire alarm twice. I worked in a kitchen. The whole kitchen shut down automatically both times and backed up the entire kitchen. The mother just sat there on her phone not telling him off. That’s the only time I’ve told a child off in work😂

I love it when customers complain about increasing prices to try to get a discount. I just tell them straight to their face that none of our products have increased in price within the past 2 years. In fact, prices on certain products have actually decreased and some have even become higher quality at a reduced price due to supply and manufacturing changes. They shut up pretty quickly then. Other times if I tell a customer a price and they said x shop will do it for y price I'll just tell them oh wow that's really good you should go there instead. I've only ever had a handful of people not tell me to just do it anyways.
