I made a mistake by using two very high pillows under my knees to relieve back pain; this caused a major problem. My pelvis shifted forward, and I developed upper back pain that caused a sensation of breathlessness and constant distress, along with neck tension. I also felt a nagging, mild pain in my thigh area. I recovered completely at one point through chest-opening exercises and hamstring stretches—feeling relief for two days—but the pain returned. For the past four months, I have been working on pelvic alignment, stretching, and strengthening exercises, yet I haven't recovered, and my MRI scan came back normal. Please, what should I do?
