His SubTiers bans were dumb as frick, and he was recently unbanned as soon as the lazy staff actually read his ticket. i was high staff (Regulator+) in two subtiers lists when this stuff happened. and no, this doesn't mean that mixed isn't cheating. but using it as evidence is STUPID
