It says "4x value" on the front of the packaging. Are they saying the cards inside are supposed to be 4x the value of the pack price? Or the pack price is 4x the value of the cards inside? If its the former, thats gotta be false advertisement, right?

that repack company may be bad, but I used to enjoy 5$ repacks with 50 cards for my casual play friend group. just depends on what you're looking for

Every once in a while you’ll strike gold with older repacks and cards that jumped in value, 20$ jumpstart uncommons, or my all time favorite; essence warden and soul warden. All of my copies have come from reseals of conspiracie.

40 cards for $12 is ridiculous, that's like 30 cents per card. the dollar store next to my work sells 15-card repacks for $1.50 and I'll get them to have bulk cards for proxy purposes, and the bonus is that anything worth more than $0.10 is actually technically a hit.

At least they worked on the packaging. At a stop and shop I go to they basically have a fancy ziplock bag with pokemon cards called like “rare pokemon card pack.”

So tbh if you’re just looking for generic bulk, these are a good value at 30 cents a card. I’ve bought a couple of them specifically just to add bulk to my collection, and the jank mixture of cards has actually given me some decent additions to some of my decks that I never would have found otherwise. Are they a scam? Absolutely. Do they have positive benefits? Sometimes, depending on your needs. (The store I work at sometimes has them, and I always make sure to give this spiel to anyone who expresses interest in them)

those are not put out by publix they are actually stocked and maintained by Jacent (unless it's changed names) other store are like this as well. the store does not decide what is put out they just get a percentage of the sales for those items. those hanging items are impulse buys that are all overpriced crap.
