I disagree with Mtho. So Lefa being vulnerable and saying, "I'm crying because I'm guilty and I've lost something valuable," isn't real? Come on. We're not all the same when it comes to emotional intelligence. The team missed an opportunity. Instead of laughing or brushing it off, they could have said: "What you did was wrong. But we're still going to listen to you, help you take responsibility, and encourage you to become better." Holding someone accountable and showing compassion can exist at the same time. Mocking vulnerability doesn't make someone stronger it often makes it harder for people to be honest when they need help the most.
