Captain Hydra can wield mjolnir through a manipulation trick. This could very well be a not so god steve rogers, or this is just the one from endgame that stayed back with peggy. this could all be a catastrophic event, like steve staying back with peggy made the frozen steve go bad since there was 2 Steve's existing in the same spot at the same time for yearssss, the frozen one would thaw and the retired one is still there, old man steve was even there carrying peggys casket while young steve did as well, could be a huge paradox issue causing steve to be bad. Nevertheless, Thor might just die to become Rune King Thor and im not mad about that.
