have you tried a gentle jaw? I needed one after my wisdom teeth removal and it did actually unlock my jaw. i still use it whenever my jaw flares up.

Got my wisdom teeth out when I was 17. My jaw was locked for about 4 months after and then it finally unlocked, had no issues before that. Now my jaw locks up all the time and it’s super painful clicking at random times. It’s been 5 years with no relief and no telling when or why it’s going to happen
