Having a Belgian Malinois in an apartment setting is crazy work! Those dogs need lots and lots of space to exercise. Think acres of space strictly for them alone. The apartment management needs to come down hard on h.

There’s so many irresponsible dog owners out there that dgaf. A dog in my neighborhood bit and broke my dog’s leg 15 months ago. Cost over 10k to have it surgically repaired. 9 months later, the same owner had another dog attack and kill another small dog in the neighborhood. They’re just crazy irresponsible people.
