I feel like that’s happening to me…and it scares me and I can’t explain it to anyone! I didn’t have a head injury but I had trauma and sa as a child. 10 years ago my daughter’s father overdosed and my father died the following year. I haven’t been the same and I’ve gone through many different psychiatrists. I’m exhausted and now in my 30s I just started to give up from getting professional help in my area all they do is push pills. I feel like the intakes are for an hour but they don’t get to the bottom of everything. I have had X-rays since I was involved in a bad auto accident years ago. My chest now gets tight and I feel like I’m having mini panic attacks. I live like this on the daily and I try to positive self talk but I can’t mask anymore. I feel after the surgery I’m not the same and I don’t know who I am. After the surgery flashbacks are coming back. I’m sad remembering my childhood and I been diagnosed with PTSD ADD and Generalized Anxiety.

I’ve been dealing with this ever since I was diagnosed with visual snow syndrome. I believe my brain over processing floaters & static makes me feel out of body & it’s honestly terrifying

ive had no childhood trauma of any sort but its not that ive disconnected frmo myself, its that i reconnectd with myself, realizing that i am me, and only me. often times when im reading a book or thinking about what another person would react to a certain something. i just wanted to know what it was
