You started right by skipping Florida, and landing in Texas. There’s a bunch of steakhouses in Texas like Terry Blacks, but Texas is bigger than the UK. Be prepared to drive long distances of 3-5 hours. Then if you can come to Los Angeles and try something from around the world. Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Korean Thai, Salvadorean, Guatemalan, Peruvian, Brazilian, Argentinian, Armenian, Italian, Oaxacan, Ethiopian, Jamaican, BBQ, hot chicken, Mariscos, pizza, tamales, pupusas, etc and don’t forget the pastries & desserts

I always get biscuits and gravy from McDonalds in Ohio but I happened to be in Finleyville PA for a meeting and went to McDonalds to ask for my usual. She called me a country boy redneck and said they don’t have that shit!
