I make a huge pot of beans on Sundays seasoned with onion and celery and eat them all week at breakfast lunch or dinner, sometimes all 3 meals in one day.

exept not all hispanic people eat pinto beans. in fact Mexicans are the ones who eat most of the pinto beans to my knowledge. i come from peru and we do eat beans sometimes but not the pinto ones, we mostly eat lentils. problem with american research is that they think that all latinos are just another brand of mexicans 😂
