I work with South Africans and time to time expats and in my honesty opinion. I find expats are more willing and more educated. They have a better attitude not that I haven’t worked with realy amazing South Africans just a general statement as I’ve experienced myself.

But in the video, the guy who approached him (from LACO) told him he had to hire his people. The business owner said no because he already had staff, and he confirmed that they were South African. So where are you getting that he doesn't want to hire South Africans?
