I’m still in the process of stopping myself from being a people pleaser. So far, mas okay ako ngayon, and I have more peace of mind. Minsan may guilt pa rin, especially because I’m choosing to love myself more now—like investing in myself and doing things that make me feel good. I’m still not used to sharing or flexing those things, though. I guess part of me is still afraid of what people might say or think. But I’m learning that I don’t need everyone else’s approval to be happy with myself.

Dati people pleaser din ako e. Lagi ang iniisip ko is yung mararamdaman nila hindi yung mararamdaman ko. Pero shuta nung natutunan ko mawalan ng pake pag nakakasira sa peace of mind ko cut off agad. Sa ngayon ang gaan talaga wala ko iniisip na sasabihin ng kahit sino. Ang saya saya ko na.

Pleasing other people and losing yourself and swallowed your tounge to keep the relationship peacefully either a lover, siblings, friends, or family relationship. Nothing to loose by not pleasing people Yes. But make sure na tama yung ginagawa mo at tama pa rin ang pipiliin mo. It's ok na misunderstood ka ng iba ang importante alam mo yung ginagawa mo. Pleasing people is compromising your self sa mga bagay na hindi mo talaga gusto. Be authentic, right people, right opportunity, right places, will bounce back to you. Kasi nakikita muna Kung sino ba yung totoo sa hindi. At sino yung tlgng tanggap ka not by keep on performing. We're not a clown, a clown is a profession not a real person.

so true, ang people pleaser ko noon. Di ako marunong mag no pag may hingi ng tulong sa akin or whatever na may mga bagay na ayaw ko madissappoint yung nga tao sa paligid ko. But now, I can say no na without hesitation.

I also stop making myself always available for them, yong one call away nila, yong problem solver nila. Kasi nung ako nangailangan wala pala akong malapitan (ni hindi nga pera need ko eh, kunting supporta lang sana pero wala). Kaya ayon na realized ko na need ko pala mag tira sa self ko bago ako maubos & learn to say no sometimes. 😊

Nangyari to sakin, nalaman ko last year before year-end yung betrayal sakin, lumayo ako and I chose my own peace. Greatest decision I've ever made. Ngayon I set limits and boundaries sa lahat, kapamilya, kaibigan o kakilala man.
